Youtube Video: My Story.
Homeschooled through high school. Enjoys basketball. Is a barber on the side and advocates for the return of the mullet.
My life before the seminary:
I entered seminary right after high school. I grew up in Montgomery County in a family with 7 children. I fall as number 4, so the middle child. Besides one day in pre-school, I have been homeschooled all the way through high school.
What convinced me to enter the seminary:
Ever since I was little I felt an attraction to the priesthood. Since this early age priests have been present in my life, but it wasn’t until right before high school when I first met seminarians. Seminarians were really inspiring to me, especially my two older brothers. They all had a joy about them that really touched me. Also, it was great visiting my brothers at seminary and experiencing their daily schedule and see how the whole house of seminarians were striving for holiness.
Other interests include:
I really enjoy the outdoors, like camping and fishing. I also enjoy biking, as well as sports. My most favorite sport is basketball which I have been playing since I was little, but I like all sports. It is great playing sports with my brother seminarians and growing deeper in fraternity through sports.
