A calling to the sacred priesthood of Jesus Christ is one of the most beautiful gifts that a Catholic man can receive.
If you are discerning your vocation and are wondering if you are called to the priesthood, there are many resources on this site that can help. Nothing compares to direct contact with a priest, however. Consider contacting your parish priest or the Director of Priest Vocations, Fr. Mark Ivany, to discuss what God may have in store for you!
Women who are interested in learning more about religious vocations should contact the archdiocese's Office for Consecrated Life.
Young women in high school are encouraged to attend this summer's Fiat Camp (date TBA). Check back soon for more info!
Registration is open for a Men's Discernment Retreat, February 10 to 12, 2023, at the Saint John Paul II Seminary and the Washington Retreat House. This event begins Friday evening and concludes on Sunday after brunch. It is for men from the Archdiocese of Washington, (ages 18 to 55), who are open to the priesthood.
