Washington, DC
Seminary: Pope St. John XXIII National
Home Parish: St. Francis de Sales, D.C.
Graduate of U.S. Naval Academy. Spent 10 years with the Missionaries of Charity in northeast Washington, D.C., serving the poor.
My life before the seminary:
Prior to attending seminary, I was privileged to spend 10 years with St. Mother Teresa’s Missionaries of Charity in northeast Washington, D.C., caring for the poor. I was formerly married and have been blessed with 3 grown children (a daughter and two sons); all are married and raising their families in California, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
What convinced me to enter the seminary:
My devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary and quiet reflection (prayer) convinced me to pursue a late vocation and enter the seminary.
Other interests include:
I enjoy helping others smile and to see more clearly that the path they are on is being led by Jesus who loves them tremendously.
If you’d like to support the care and formation of our seminarians in the Archdiocese of Washington, please consider offering a small monetary donation. Thank you and God bless you for your generosity!
